Zhongwo Fire Door is located in Zhengzhou city, capital of Henan province and original place of Shaolin temple. We have two production base, one in Zhengzhou and the other in Minquan, Shangqiu which is 200 km far away from Zhengzhou.

Our workshop covers area of 89,000m² and plant area of 130,000m², with fully automatic production line we can finish each door within one minute and therefore the daily output reaches 1000 door sets.

Various Standards

For steel fire rated doors we have got certificates in accordance with American standard, British standard and Chinese standard.

American Standard: UL10 (b), UL10 (c), NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104;

British Standard: BS476: 22;

Chinese Standard: CCC(Certificate For China Compulsory Product Certification)

Moreover, if you have other requirement for certificates or standard, we can also make customized test for you.

Certificate

For American standard steel fire door we can provide you with UL certificates.

For British standard steel anti-fire door we got the Intertek certificates.

For Chinese standard steel fire rated door we got CCC certificates.

Fire Rating

American Standard Steel Fire Door: Both of our single swing doors and pair doors are tested together with vision panels. Both of them can withstand up to 180mins against fire.

British Standard: Our steel fire door past through the fire test within 120mins in the lab. The BS steel fire door in test is also with vision panel.

Chinese Standard Steel Fire Door: we have 30mins, 60mins and 90mins steel fire doors for you choice.

Vision Panels

As far as vision panels are concerned, we provide you with different choices such as CCC certified fire resistant heat insulated glass which has a fire rate of up to 3 hours, 5mm thick UL-listed ceramic glass and 6mm thick boron glass.

The maximum glass area is 100 square meters. Inches per door leaf for 2 hours fire rated doors. When the fire rating longer than 2 hours, we don’t suggest vision panels in doors.

In addition, we provide reinforcement channel and glass frame made of 0.8mm thick galvanized steel.

Hardware

For US standard UL listed hardware like fire door closer, fire hinges, fire locks. More options such as panic bars, electric-magnetic door holders and fire door selectors are also available.

For BS and China standard fire door we provide you with China CCC certified ironmongery such as fire rated door closers, fire rated hinges, locksets and other items as your request.

Remarks: If you don’t want ironmongery from us but only need us to punch hardware insert holes, please send us the specification and drawings of hardware you need, it will be best if you send us delivery samples.
